When patients routinely miss scheduled appointments this affects availability of appointments for others

Please give us adequate notice if you cannot attend a face-to-face or telephone appointment so that this appointment may be used by someone else.

Where patients repeatedly miss appointments they will be sent an advisory letter. Should attendance not improve we may consider removing these patients from our practice list in order to provide the best appointment availability to all patients on our list.
